Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, www.yihenggu.cn, is operated by Shengda Cross-Border Trading Co., Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong with Business Registration No. 79094137 and its registered address at UNIT 60, 3/F, YAU LEE CENTER, NO.45 HOI YUEN ROAD, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG.

TEEVEN LUKE is the brand under which we design, manufacture and supply women's knitwear to wholesale and B2B buyers. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website.

2. The short version

This is a business-to-business information website. It has no user accounts, no login, no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no online shop and no payment functions. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors or follow you across other websites.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask you for, and this website does not collect, any of the following:

• Your name, postal address or telephone number
• Your date of birth or government identification numbers
• Payment card, bank or other financial details
• Precise location data
• Any special-category data, such as health or biometric information

4. Data processed automatically

Like almost every website, ours is delivered through a hosting and content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc.). When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the URL requested, the time of the request, the referring page, and your browser and device type.

This data is used to deliver the page, to keep the site secure and available, and to prevent abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally. Our hosting provider processes this data as our service provider under its own privacy terms.

5. Data stored in your browser

The site stores one item in your browser's local storage: your language preference (English or Chinese). This is a functional setting, it contains no personal data, and it remains on your own device. It is not a cookie and it is not transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

6. Information you send us by email

If you write to us at [email protected] — for example to request a quotation, samples or a catalogue — we receive your email address, whatever you choose to write, and any attachments you send. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to conduct the resulting business relationship.

7. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to: respond to your enquiries; prepare quotations, samples and orders; keep business and accounting records; keep the website secure and working; and comply with our legal obligations.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with our hosting and IT service providers, who process it on our instructions; with professional advisers such as accountants and auditors, where necessary; and with public authorities, where we are required by law to do so.

9. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels or cross-site tracking technologies. Our hosting provider may apply strictly necessary technical measures to protect the site against attacks; these do not identify you and are never used for advertising.

10. International transfers

Our company is based in Hong Kong and our hosting provider operates a global network. Information may therefore be processed outside the country in which you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. How long we keep information

Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a short period in line with its standard policy. Business correspondence and transaction records are kept for as long as the business relationship requires and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules, after which they are deleted.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

13. Children

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The version published on this page, together with the "last updated" date shown above, is the version currently in force.
